First and foremost you should be eating the most nutrient dense foods you can get your hands on! Why? Because most of the food we eat is so depleted of nutrients, most of us are nutrient depleted ALL the time. Diet is the first place to start. Supplements are exactly what their name implies- Supplements to a healthy diet. I know you know this, but it’s good to be reminded- ALL the time! Marketing has a way of always telling us the opposite, so I’m helping to reprogram your mind . EAT REAL FOOD, as close to nature as possible, in season, organic and from Farmers- the real heroes!! Ps: Farmers are SEXY! Yes, I said it, I mean come on they are the people responsible for our healthy, beautiful, energetic and gorgeous bodies!!!

I generally am a Whole Foods for Life cheerleader! When we eat whole foods, our body, nutrients, stress levels etc are all in balance. Eat refined processed foods and you start to experience fatigue, low iron, nutrient depletion etc…WHY? Because the parts of the food that contains all the nutrients is removed during processing! When we eat depleted food, it can start to draw nutrients out of our body, further depleting us.
